WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES ON MY PARCEL?
Orders within NZ do not incur any taxes. Overseas orders may incur Customs or duty taxes that are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any order sent as a gift, whereby the recipient will be responsible. Please contact us if you have any queries.

DO YOU SEND TO P.O BOXES?
Yes we do, but it can be dependent on the delivery method.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO PURCHASE?
I know you think you're still a 32" waist…but please refer to our sizing and measurement chart. There is a useful diagram below to assist you with taking accurate measurements. You can then refer to the garment specs chart to see which Strangely Normal size is best for you.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE DOESN'T FIT? OR I CHANGE MY MIND? CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
It happens. In the unlikely event your purchase is not 'quite right' we are happy to exchange items with the following conditions:
Please notify us of your intention to exchange/return within 3 days. strangelynormal@xtra.co.nz

Send the goods back to Strangely Normal using a traceable method; the customer covers the return shipping costs. We will arrange a refund/credit/exchange once the item has been returned and accepted. Please return items in unworn condition with tags intact.

CAN I EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?

Please choose sale items carefully as there are no credits or refunds on sale items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

We update our stock frequently, but in the event of your good taste coinciding with others, we will endeavor to offer you a similar item, make one to order or generally bend over backwards to get you dressed.
